FidelCom
Overview
FidelCom is a comprehensive loyalty campaign management tool designed specifically for telecommunications operators and bank institutions to execute trigger-based marketing campaigns via multiple channels, to dramatically reduce customer churn and stimulate revenues.
Based on multiple data sources and easing the integration to existing systems, FidelCom is capable to achieve powerful loyalty campaigns and competitive services to customer leveraging the power of mobile and Internet channels such as Web, SMS, and Email, in addition to the traditional channels of direct mail and telemarketing.
FidelCom can handle different loyalty campaigns based on event and triggers (Churn events, roaming activity, incoming or outgoing calls, SMS, MMS, Data operation, end of contract, welcome-sms .. etc), on time conditioning (Holiday event, customer birthday .. etc) or even on scripted loyalty scenarios such as lending credits to credible/reliable subscribers.
Overall architecture
The solution is using multiple connectors to the intelligent network grouped in a "Data gateway" module on the JBoss SOA Platform which is processing the customer data mediation.
These connectors will wait for customer touch-points such as:

The JBoss SOA Platform which is embedded in the solution will be responsible of the data mediation and processing loyalty management rules.
These rules will decide to provide loyalty gifts to customer based on his behaviour, call/sms frequency, loyalty ... these gifts can be given by the operator, such as:

Gifts can be provided from third party partners such as travel agencies, hotels, banks, car rental ...
